USAFacts is a nonprofit dedicated to making unbiased government data accessible to all. Founded by former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, they were looking to reach more people as they grew – especially younger, data-curious audiences.

Our team at Fat Earth came in to rapidly grow newsletter signups and social followers as a means of increasing brand awareness and traffic. We focused on turning dry stats into shareable, surprising, and sticky moments that inspired people to look for the numbers behind the big questions of today.

Wins include:

  • Acquired 89.5k email subscribers by Q2, beating the 2025 annual goal over half a year early
  • 372% increase in subscriptions from younger demographics
  • Achieved a $2 CPL on TikTok, their most efficient acquisition channel to date
